The Egyptian Company for Sports Services for Petroleum Sector Employees (Petrosport) announces the leasing of Building No. (17), located within the Petrosport Sports City, through a public auction by sealed envelopes.
The property consists of:
Ground floor area: 78 square meters
Upper floor area: 78 square meters
External area: 125 square meters
The deadline for submitting bids and opening the technical envelopes is Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM, at the company’s headquarters, Meeting Hall, located on North 90th Street, behind the Air Hospital, Plot No. 171.
The required initial deposit is EGP 30,000.
A final deposit of 5% of the total rental value will be required upon award.
Additionally, 5.5% of the total rental value will be charged as expertise and brokerage fees, plus Value Added Tax (VAT) on the rendered service.
The Terms and Conditions Booklet can be obtained from the Petrosport Company headquarters for a fee of EGP 570.
