From Sunday to Thursday, from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Egyption Post office branch inside the club.

For non-members: Online booking is required through the Notary Public website or the “I Want to Authorize” application, according to the available days and times only.

For members: No online booking is required, but registration of the name must be done a day before or on the same day until 2:00 PM. Entry is based on first come, first served.

Services provided by this office include:

• Authentication of general and special powers of attorney.
• Drafting official contracts and legal documents requiring notarization.
• Issuing a copy of a registered contract.
• Authentication of declarations, undertakings, and signature certifications.
• Online appointment booking for notarization services via the “Digital Egypt” platform or the “I Want to Authorize” application.
